If you must cancel or rebook your appointment, we respectfully request at least 24 hours notice. Cancellations or missed appointments without 24 hour notice will result in a charge of part or all of the service amount. In addition, if you are more than 10 mins late to your appointment, you will be rescheduled. Appointment times are back to back so we cannot accommodate late clients. Please let us know if you are running late.
